To provide exceptional F&B service to our guests visiting the world's highest observatory deck.Ensuring that every guest in the attraction is being granted full attention, reception and best possible care. With his/her friendly and courteous attitude, he/she supports and maintains the good reputation of Burj khalifa.
Main Duties
- Strict following of service standards, closing and opening check lists.
- Helps to organize the assigned station Cannepes and Beverages in terms of cleanliness and equipment
- Performs special duties as assigned by the duty Team leader.
- To be familiar with local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality
- To permanently have a clean appearance (including complete uniform, tag, polished shoes, perfect grooming, decent make up for waitress, dressed hair etc..), and gives the impression of a well trained organized and disciplined team.
- Participates in decoration and preparing the floor for promotions and special events.
- Ensure a proper, correct order taking to speed-up service and that guests are getting the correct order.
- Handle all complaints by calling immediately the duty Team Leader.
- Ensures a team spirit and working discipline.
- Make sure that all rules and regulations according to Emaar guidelines are in use.
- Ensures a careful handling of all attraction material.
- ontrol all attraction material and eliminate chipped, broken or cracked dishes.
- Keep all attraction furnishing clean and polished in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
- All damaged furniture and machines are repaired with a maintenance request.
- To report all defective lighting, fixtures and other electrical matters.
- Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealing with others.
- Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience (Competencies Required)
- At least 1-2 years experience as a waiter preferably in Banqueting and events in a 5 Star hotel.
- Certificate in Catering would be an advantage
