Description
Job Purpose:The job holder serves as a full time business analyst for implementation and support of the HRMS software and assists the project and Operations managers in new projects or support work as well as coordinating with vendor teams.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop functional and technical specifications based on business requirements and analysis and design of technical solutions to business problems
2. Participate in reviews for requirements, architectures, designs, code and test plans
3. Integrate test and implement new HRMS application modules, upgrades and features
4. Supplements standard HRMS functionality by developing application extensions that address evolving business needs without compromising the organizations ability to implement product upgrades
5. Support of Emaar users in terms of clarification, training and changes
6. Become single point of contact for any support call or enhancement/upgrade/rollout requirement in the domain
7. Review, evaluate, analyze and participate in planning for such project
8. Quality assurance of the delivery and production movement for the configuration
9. Facilitate knowledge sharing among the team
10. Responsible for maintenance of all the documents related to functional work by self or the team
11. Provide management with on-going recommendations to advancements in HR technology and applications
12. Manage and execute HRMS projects across the group
13. Assist in implementation and post implementation support including customized developments
14. Provide day to day support to users
Qualifications
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Qualification:
Degree in HR domain (MBA, MA – Human Resource Management)
Professional background in HR
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in HRMS Applications
At least 3 end-to-end implementation project experience
High degree proficiency on HRMS module (HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, Goals & Performance Management)
Proficient in Project Management, Business Consulting, Testing and Training
Basic knowledge of Database, Internet Technologies, Quality Management, Change Management and office software
Skills:
Excellent communication skills

Competencies:
Expertise in HRMS
