Zenon Recruitment are pleased to be supporting one of the worlds’ largest providers of Flight Crew Training in their search for a Support Account Executive – Retention for a permanent position at their facility in Dubai.
Some of the key responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to:
- Actively working with the company to capture retained business including the reasons for not returning.
- Proactively creating advanced excel sheets to capture Client retention data.
- All data or information collected to be updated in Sales force as well as Gemini and relay the information to the company.
- Creating weekly report on data collected, and briefing the company for the territory to take over the bookings.
- Backing up support to the company if and when required.
- Responding to client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Proactively ensuring fulfil ment of the Company sales strategy and targets. Be motivated and ensure priority focus on key targets and personal drive toward exceeding those goals weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Exceeding expectations through superior service, communication, and daily follow up.
- Fostering a seamless positive teamwork environment. Providing backup for team members as needed and when required.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate client data is entered into Sales Force and Gemini
To be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following:
- Fluency in French would be an advantage.
- Experience working with the Aviation industry.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Aviation experience will be advantageous.
- Experience with SFDC or equivalent client database software would be an advantage
- Experience in customer/client relations role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the willingness to participate in process improvement projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Macros, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
