The Senior Digital Marketing Content Executive is tasked with maximizing Emaar’s exposure through online channels by managing, creating the content strategy of the group and ensuring customer comments are answered by themselves and the Social Media Executives in accordance with the corporate guidelines.

Senior Digital Marketing Content Executive needs to ensure all Emaar entities are accurately represented online, initiate online marketing activities supporting business plans and objectives of each local and international property to the highest standard and act as brand guardian when it comes to the representation of Emaar in an online space.  

Assist in executing the agreed strategies for Emaar websites and social media platforms online communications in accordance with the approved marketing objectives, coordinating with corporate vendors and peers for all Emaar properties and corporate.

JOB DIMENSIONS

The Senior Digital Marketing Content Executive reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager.     

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Social Media:

• Contribute and implement social media strategy ensuring corporate and brand requirements are adhered to at all times.
• Develops content for the company’s social media portals including:
• Facebook
• Twitter
• YouTube
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Google+
• Rigorously maintain marketing content calendar to deliver online campaigns, promotions and equal share of voice for Emaar entities, local and global.  
• Ability to think outside the box and devise creative and engaging content to ensure Emaar reinforces their position as the market leader of property development, malls, hotel and community management.  
• Works closely with the graphic design team to develop branded creative to support copy.  
• Develop, implement and manage content gathering strategy.
• Work with Assistant Digital Marketing Manager and PR agency to ensure social crisis documentation is continually updated.  
• Carry out any other activities related to online marketing as directed by Assistant Digital Marketing Manager.

Website Management:

• Manage the development of all copy and text review in both English and Arabic of paid media and the Company’s websites to maintain its saliency:
• www.emaar.com
• www.mydowntowndubai.com 
• Assist in the development and management of the roll out of all online communication campaigns in coordination with the PR and Marketing Managers.
• Translation - English/Arabic &  Arabic/English

Marketing Strategy:

• Act as guardian of the brand identity in the online space
• Work with the PR & Communication Manger to continually enhance and maintain brand guidelines and crisis documentation. 
• Assists in overseeing all advertising efforts and promotional programs within the social media and online portals to establish brand awareness and create customer loyalty. 
• Participate in online workshops, conferences and networking opportunities to keep abreast with trends within the online field.
• Hold training sessions with key teams across the business to enhance their education and knowledge of the Emaar brand.  

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for all copywriting, proofreading, translation and supporting on the implementation of digital marketing content for Emaar Corporate.   
• Manages dynamic content calendar ensuring equal representation of Emaar entities and priority placement given based on business requirements.
• Explore and develop new opportunities including concepts or services to increase social reach and presence.  
• Works within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
• Manage business relationship with entities, agencies and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and work is developed according to the guidelines whilst ensuring quality
• Create and maintain brand tone of voice guidelines and crisis reference log.

JOB CONTEXT 

The Senior Digital Marketing Content Executive works internally with (consisting off but not limited to:) Emaar IT, Development, Projects, Facilities Management, Emaar Community Management, Customer Care and subsidiaries: Emaar International, Emaar Malls, Emaar Retail, Emaar Hospitality, Emaar Industries and Investments and externally with contractors, clients, sponsors, suppliers, PR & media agencies. 

 

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Minimum 3 years of Social Media/PR/Copywriting Experience 
• Should have leadership & motivation skills, strategic thinking and project management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills required (Arabic is a MUST).
• High levels of time management skills.
