Job Purpose:
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that Leasing Documents are in accordance with EMG’s standard Leasing policies
Key Accountabilities:
• Review LAF,DOV AF,DOS AF,LA,Refund, Cheque Deferment AF against related facts & figures in the system
• Check accuracy of payment received for New leases/Licenses before Lease Final Execution, update working files upon lease/license execution
• Maintain manual tracking sheet for IN and OUT of all related leasing documents and payments
• Send reminder to Asset Finance Team regarding Lease expiry based on Oracle notifications
• Follow up on Renewal/Trading status and update working files
• Spot check on Opened Units (All Assets)
• Accurate and upto date maintenance of working files & reports related to Lease inventory, Rental Analysis & Lease Compliance

• Minimum 2 years of experience
Skills:
• Fair knowledge of accounting
• Hands on experience on ERP system & MS office Software
• Good communication and internal personal skills
