Job Purpose:
The Job Holder welcomes, informs, orients and help the visitors of Kidzania, in the most efficient way, sells different types of product and offers at the different point of sales in KidZania and gives the highest level of customer service to its customers
Key Accountabilities:
Cash handling:
- Adheres to procedures and applies the cash/kidzos handling process of the park
- Adheres to procedures and applies the stock process of the point of sales.
- Knowledgeable on all products and understand the activities and process of all the points of sales of the park.
- Collaborates on the daily revision of the different point of sales to assure the correct operative conditions.
- Keeps the assigned work station clean and safe at every time.
Shift Reports:
- Reports all incidents, malfunction, or stock shortage that may occur during the shift to the management.
Customer Service:
- Ensures exceptional quality of experience for all customers who visit Kidzania.
- Serves customers and deals with member of the public in a polite and courteous manner at all times.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
Behaves in line with the Code of Conduct Policy and adheres to the applicable company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree
Experience:
- Experience in operations and customer service including reception, cashier, and retail environment will be a plus.
Skills:
- Able to operate general retail equipment such as calculator, money counter.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Good English language skills required.
